ELECTROLYTE FOR FUEL CELL, MEMBRANE ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTROLYTE FOR FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress dimensional change before and after adding an acid and decrease the generation of wrinkles or the like in an electrolyte for a fuel cell containing a basic polymer.

SOLUTION: The electrolyte for the fuel cell contains the basic polymer and organic phosphonic acid represented by general formula (1). In the formula, R represents an alkyl group, an aryl group, an amino group, a phosphon group, or a derivative of an functional group of them, and n is 1 or 2.
