<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output apparatus which can carry out optimum printing by giving first priority to the suppression of increase in printing time. <P>SOLUTION: This image output apparatus computes the total length of printing time with the performance of an initial operation and that of printing time without the performance of the initial operation, and executes the printing after the initial operation only when determining that the total length of printing time with the performance of the initial operation does not exceed that of printing time without the performance of the initial operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
