<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor required for designating a paper feeder matching a print object. <P>SOLUTION: This print system having a plurality of paper feeders and a print controller. The printer is provided with a detection means detecting the type of paper set in each paper feeder. The print controller is provided with a determination means determining the type of the print object, an acquisition means acquiring the type of paper set in each paper feeder in the printer, and a selection means making a selection for deciding the paper feeder to be used based on the type of the print object determined by the determination means and the type of paper acquired by the acquisition means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
