PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of executing desired processing with an easy operation.

SOLUTION: On accepting a login in an image processing unit (MFP) (S71), a user terminal being logged in with identical login information is searched (S73), and information related to the applications running in the terminal concerned is acquired (S75). From among the above applications, there are displayed cooperative processing keys indicating the application related to a basic function selected as the function for use (S81). When a user selects a cooperative processing key in order to execute the desired processing (S83), the MFP issues a job request to a user terminal so as to execute the processing in cooperation with the corresponding application (S85).
