<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag and an air bag device effectively protecting an occupant while reducing a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The air bag 1 is expanded and deployed from the air bag device 2 provided on a panel of a vehicular room 4 to oppose to a lower limb of an occupant A. The air bag 1 is provided with partition walls over the whole length in a width direction on the inside of an air bag main body portion 30, and structures a lower protecting portion 41, a middle protecting portion 42, and an upper protecting portion 43. A circulating portion 45 is formed on each partition wall 31, 32. The lower part protecting portion 41 prevents the occupant A from getting into a lower part. The upper protecting portion 43 prevents the movement of the occupant A by restraining knee portion A2.
