<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fucoidan-containing food and drink improved in fucoidan smell peculiar to seaweed. <P>SOLUTION: The fucoidan-containing food and drink contain fucoidan and at least one kind selected from the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) at least one aqueous organic solvent extract selected from lemongrass, rose hip, hyssop, Mallotus Japonicus, May flower, Enmei-so, Balsam pear, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, unpolished rice, field corn, aloe, buckwheat seeds, barley, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, great plantain, matrimony vine leaves, striped bamboo, mulverry leaves, evening primrose, leaves of lotus, leaves of loquat, Apocynum venetum, leaves of Chinese gutta percha, hop, Hercampure, quassia, guava and Hibiscus rosasanensis; (B) a perfume agent such as milk or spearmint; and (C) at least one kind of fruit juice comprising aloe, grapefruit or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
