PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical lens of a hybrid light emission system capable of highly maintaining extraction efficiency of light and uniformly irradiating a large area.

SOLUTION: The optical lens includes a central lens portion of a convex shape, and a peripheral lens portion of a concave shape which surrounds the outer side of the central lens portion. The optical lens adjusts the path of the light made incident on a bottom portion from an external spot light source to emit the light by extremely weakening the light in the central portion and to emit the light by intensifying the light in a peripheral portion.
