<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide healthy cooked food by efficiently removing excessive fat or the like from food materials when cooking the food materials by using high temperature steam as a heat source. <P>SOLUTION: The cooker carries out cooking of the food materials housed in a cooking chamber by using high temperature steam as a heat source.
