DISPERSANT FOR USE IN HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant which is capable of giving especially ultrahigh strength concrete the workability and filling ability more than usual throughout the year concerning the flowability within a short time after the kneading.

SOLUTION: The dispersant for use in hydraulic composition utilizes two kinds of copolymers containing as the constitutional units (a) a polyalkylene glycol(meth)acrylate-based monomer having the alkylene oxide average addition molar number in a specific range and (b) a specific unsaturated monomer in a specific ratio, in such a manner as establishes the specific relation of the product of the respective alkylene oxide average addition molar number and a weight% of (b) in terms of the acid type relative to the sum of (a)+(b).
