<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receptacle which consists of a housing equipped with a plurality of connectors and a shield member to shield this housing, and which has a stopper that prevents the housing from coming off from the shield member even if the plug is pushed in hard, installed at the shield member. <P>SOLUTION: The receptacle is composed of a housing having a connector to be electrically connected to a connector installed on a plug, when the plug is engaged with the receptacle, and a shield member formed so as to cover the outer periphery of the housing.
