PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a changeover of a user in the middle of use of a Web application while maintaining display contents. SOLUTION: When performing the changeover of the user in the Web application, input contents and a display position of a display page of the Web browser are stored. The display contents are made to be non-displayed and ineffective in each element according to authority of the user after the changeover in a server without changing a size, and the Web page is reconfigured and is transmitted to the Web browser.
