PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal organ-fixing set for reliably fixing an internal organ with an easy operation. SOLUTION: The internal organ-fixing set S includes: suture instruments 30 each having a bar shape lock part 31 and suture thread 32; a puncture needle 10 for insertion by which the end of the suture thread 32 is protruded to the outside and the plurality of lock parts 31 are stored; and a push-out device 20 which is provided at the proximal end of the puncture needle 10 for insertion and pushes out the lock parts 31 stored in the puncture needle 10 for insertion from an opening at the distal end of the puncture needle 10 for insertion. The push-out device 20 includes a plurality of thread outlets 24 spaced at interval in a direction around the axis. Thus, the respective ends of the suture threads 32 connected to the plurality of lock parts 31 are protruded from the respectively different thread outlets 24 to the outside. The push-out device 20 also comprises: a push-out bar 22 for pushing out the lock parts 31; a friction member 29 for giving prescribed friction force to the push-out bar 22; a removable pressuring part 23 for removably holding the push-out bar 22; and a coil spring 28 for energizing the removable pressuring part 23 in a separating direction from the puncture needle 10 for insertion.
