PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent magnetic force from varying in a stator coil having a plurality of phases. SOLUTION: In a winding connection terminal structure 10, each terminal member 16 has outer and inner ring sections 20, 22, the outer ring section 20 of a terminal member 16 (U phase) of its own phase is arranged outside the radial direction of the inner ring section 22 of the terminal member 16 (W phase) of other phases, and the inner ring section 22 of the terminal member 16 (the U phase) of its own phase is arranged inside the radial direction of the outer ring section 20 of the terminal member (V phase) in other phases. The outer and inner ring sections 20, 22 are connected to one end of the stator coil 14, and the other end of the stator coil 14 is connected to a common terminal member 18, thus performing parallel star connection to the stator coil 14. Each terminal member 16 is mutually composed in a common shape, thus eliminating difference in the resistance between the stator coils 14, and hence preventing the magnetic force from varying in the stator coil 14 having a plurality of phases.
