PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption, by decreasing energy consumption by copper loss, such as loss of exciting coil. SOLUTION: A driving mechanism for driving a magnetic member is constituted through operation of switching a magnetic pole at a pole edge by controlling the current of magnetic flux from magnetic flux generation source 2. A magnetic drive mechanism 1 includes a first magnetic component 4 of and the second magnetic component 7, having magnetic flux generation sources 2 and 5. A first magnetic component 4 formes a magnetic circuit through the magnetic flux generation source of the first magnetic component and the magnetic induction path, and a magnetic flux control means 8 for controlling the flow of magnetic flux, which flows in a magnetic circuit on this magnetic circuit, is provided. The second magnetic component 7 is located among two or more pole edges formed in the middle of magnetic circuit. The magnetic flux control means 8 controls the flow of magnetic flux over the pole edge, by controlling the magnetic characteristics of the magnetic induction path so that balancing of the strength of the positive/negative of each magnetic pole of pole edge is changed, and the direction of magnetic flux to the second magnetic component is changed.
