PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional capacitor array is connected to a wiring pattern 5B and mounted on a circuit board 5, first and second outer electrodes 4A, 4B of the capacitor array 1 are formed on the mutually opposed side faces of the capacitor array body 2, as shown in Fig. 5 (a), (b), a ground electrode 5C is provided at the mounting position of the array 1, hence a detour line pattern 5D for detouring the ground electrode 5C needs to be provided on the wiring pattern 5B, and, if high frequency signals are transmitted to such wiring pattern 5B, there appears an impedance mismatch on the detour line pattern 5D. SOLUTION: In the capacitor array mounting structure, first outer electrodes 12A of the array 10 are connected to a wiring pattern 22 formed linearly on a dielectric board 21 of the circuit board 5, and second outer electrodes 12B of the array 10 are connected to ground electrodes 23, 23 disposed at both sides of the wiring pattern 22.
