PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring temperature distribution capable of precisely detecting an object to be detected by calibrating the output characteristics of objective temperature of each element over a wide measuring temperature range. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a plurality of thermopile elements 121 for detecting the distribution of infrared ray, a lens 11 for condensing from the detection range and a temperature operator 25 for calculating the temperature from the detection signal. A calibration value memory 24 for storing the calibrated data obtained from three black body furnace temperature points is arranged in the device.
