PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a surface of a card from being damaged even when delivering from a card on the lowermost face among the piled up cards sequentially. SOLUTION: Card stoppers 41a, 41b, 42a, 42b for regulating the number of cards piled up on a card pushing-out member 20 by holding a part of the card piled up in a cassette installation part 10 are provided to regulate the number of cards piled up on the card pushing-out member 20.
