PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumuration box 58 capable of making deviation of deposition of chips of an accumulation box 58a uniform without requiring an additional device such as a vibrator or the like and rightly performing determination of full of punch chips. SOLUTION: A window 59e of a light path for detecting full is provided on a central part of the accumulation box 58a. Eaves 58c is provided so as to cover the light path for detecting full and an inclination part 58b continued from a position just below a punch 47 of two-hole specification to a lower part of the eaves 58c is provided. In three-hole specification, the eaves 58c shuts off the punch chips pouring from just below the central punch 47 and a heap of the chips is not made at the window 59e. In the two-hole specification, the inclination part 58b moves the punch chips just below the punch 47 to an intermediate position of the two punches 47 and does not delay the detection of full.
