PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable everybody to apply easily creamy bubbles onto beer liquid surface in order to drink either canned beer or bottled beer more deliciously. SOLUTION: Injection of a small amount of mineral water onto a beer liquid surface under a high pressure through a fine hole after pouring either canned beer or bottled beer into either a glass or a mug causes and induces cavitation of injection water and surrounding gas flow, a disturbed flow of air generated by the cavitation collides against the beer liquid surface and some fine air bubbles enter the beer and at the same time carbonic dioxide in the beer also boils up through its reduced pressure to realize some fine creamy bubbles that cannot be made by pouring the beer onto the beer liquid surface from either a can or a bottle.
