PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle device capable of projecting a movable handle by a single operation and fittings. SOLUTION: The handle device is equipped with a holder, the movable handle internally mounted to a storage section of the holder and pivoted on a case part so as to enable retraction on the basis of an opening longer than is wide of the holder, at least one interlocking means pivoted on the case part so as to interlock the movable handle when the movable handle is in a position of a waiting attitude and a push-button type operating member provided to the case part in a horizontally movable manner so as to show the operating end from the opening of the front plate of the holder, and when the operating member is pushed, the engaging piece of an engagement means is disengaged, and the movable handle is slopingly rotated up to a using posture position with a bearing as the supporting point by spring force of an energizing means.
