PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method for bonding and fixing a ring-like rotor magnet to a motor shaft in a precisely aligned state without using any centering jigs. SOLUTION: Three strip of elastic spacers 5 are put onto an outer-periphery surface 2b of the motor shaft 2 at a constant angular space along the direction of an axis 2A. The elastic spacer 5 is sandwiched, and four rotor magnets 3 are fitted onto the outer-periphery surface 2b after an adhesive 4 is spread onto the inner-periphery surface 3a. Each fitted rotor magnet 3 is positioned by the elastic spacer 5 coaxially with the motor shaft 2, and the adhesive 4 is cured, thus obtaining the motor rotor 1 in a structure, where the rotor magnet 3 is bonded and fixed to the outer-periphery surface 2b.
