PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to sufficiently magnetize multiple rotor magnets embedded in a rotor. SOLUTION: The rotor 3 of a piece of electric machinery, such as a motor, is rotatably housed in a cylindrical magnetizing yoke 1. The magnetizing yoke 1 has magnetizing yoke windings 9a to 9h in the circumferential direction, and magnetic poles 1a to 1h are set in positions corresponding to the magnetizing yoke windings 9a to 9h. When magnetization is carried out, the magnetizing yoke windings 9a, 9h, 9d, and 9e are energized to magnetize rotor magnets 7A and 7E in opposite positions.
