Inclined holes in the water conducting body direct water jets onto the impeller directly underneath it with propellers arranged in the direction of the water conducting body. In the center of the impeller is a connection opening whose edge extends and transitions into an eccentric shaft. Several curved massage heads are arranged on the exterior of the massage plate.
