<p>A cushion mehanism in a hydraulic piston cylinder is composed of a cylinder 2 and a piston 1. A cushion column 21 is fitted to the bottom of the cylinder 2, an oil cushion chamber 11 is formed in the piston 1, an oil groove 12 is formed in the inner periphery surface of the cushion chamber 11, another oil groove 22 is formed in the outer periphery surface of the cushion column 21. When the cushion mehanism is operated, the piston rapidly rushes into the bottom of the cylinder, so the cushion column goes into the cushion chamber, the pressured oil in the chamber are squeezed out of the two oil grooves and the fit clearance, therefor the piston is decelerated until the cushion is completed. The cushion ability is increased with the increase of the deep the piston goes into the cushion chamber. This mechanism has a simple construction, a good cushion effect and works reliably.</p> |
