Provided are a negative electrode plate for a secondary battery, and a secondary battery containing the negative electrode plate which is prevented in the elusion of a negative electrode current collector material. The negative electrode plate comprises a negative electrode current collector(111) which contains a negative electrode current collector elution preventing membrane formed at the both sides; and a negative electrode active material layer(123) which is coated on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector where a negative electrode current collector elution preventing membrane. Preferably the negative electrode current collector elution preventing membrane has an ionization tendency smaller than that of the negative electrode current collector material.
