A portable and folding type wood cutter is provided to conveniently move to the next working place by using moving wheels in a folded state like a bag, to quickly and simply work with working tools, such as an electromotive saw, a router, and a scale, integrally formed with the cutter, to maintain fresh working environment by gathering/discharging sawdust through a dust collecting unit, and to secure a working space by forming an auxiliary table at the cutter. A portable and folding type wood cutter comprises left and right tables(100,100a) formed with upper boards(110,110a) on the upper end of left and right frames(120,120a) and hinge-combined with the lower end of each other to form the whole skeleton; an auxiliary table(100b) hinge-combined with one table on one side of the lower end to be folded/unfolded by a folding link and formed with an upper board(110b) on the upper end; and foldable legs(200) vertically installed on the lower end edge of the left and right tables to be folded by the folding link; plural moving wheels(800) installed on the backside of the left and right tables at regular intervals and disposed on the bottom surface to fold the cutter as a bag and then move; and a scale(700), a square(300), an electromotive saw(500), and a router(400) integrally mounted with the cutter.
