COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR SOOTHING EFFECT ON THE SKIN

摘要

A cosmetic composition comprising xylitol is provided to show cooling effect through endothermic reaction of the xylitol when being dissolved in water and have skin improving effect such as skin elasticity increasing, irritation soothing and active oxygen decreasing effect. The cosmetic composition for soothing skin comprises xylitol as an effective ingredient. The content of the xylitol is 30-90 wt.% regarding the total weight of the composition. And the xylitol in the composition is in the form of powder.
