A feeding type capping apparatus of a vessel packing system is provided to cap a cap in a vessel by allowing the outer periphery of a rotational disc to instantaneously make contact with the cap of the vessel fed in one direction through a feeding conveyor. A feeding type capping apparatus for a vessel packing system includes a frame(1), a feeding conveyor(30), and a rotational disc section(20). The rotational disc section includes a plurality of rotational discs disposed at the same height as the cap in a row so as to make contact with the outer periphery of a cap positioned on a vessel fed through the feeding conveyor. Capping is performed by providing a rotational force to the cap by allowing the outer peripheries of the rotational discs to instantaneously make contact with the outer periphery of the cap sequentially.
