A screw-type synthetic resin perforated pipe having a double-layer pipe is provided to elongate a lifetime of the product by integrating an additional double-layer pipe having a certain thickness on the inner wall of the synthetic resin perforated pipe and reinforcing the whole structure, and to improve appearance and easily check the double layers by giving random colors to the double layers. A screw-type synthetic resin perforated pipe(100) comprises a wall body(110) of the synthetic resin perforated pipe; a double-layer pipe(200) integrally formed with the inner surface of the selected wall body to have a certain thickness and random colors; and screw-type torsion spaces(120) formed longitudinally at regular intervals through the wall body in extruding the synthetic resin perforated pipe.
