USE OF CYCLIC OLIGOMER OF BUTYLENE TEREPHTHALATE, STARTING MATERIAL FOR PRODUCING THERMOPLASTIC DENTURE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE THERMOPLASTIC DENTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid very high processing temperature and difficult processing conditions as drawbacks of processing using thermoplastic materials, for example, high material viscosity and very high processing pressure limited thereby.

SOLUTION: For producing a thermoplastic denture or its starting material, particularly for producing a prosthetic material (may be fiber-reinforced), artificial teeth, crown or bridge (may be fiber-reinforced), and for producing their starting materials, cyclic oligomer(s) of butylene terephthalate is(are) used.
