<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting element in which electron and hole injection efficiency of the electrode is regenerated in a first electrode which is insulated and contaminated, and which has high efficiency and high quality. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light emitting display device comprises: a substrate, first electrode; an insulating film bank formed so as to cover the edge of the first electrode; an metallic film formed on the first electrode and the insulating film bank, an organic luminous layer, and a second electrode arranged in this order.
