<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game arcade system, in which usage history information when a prepaid card is purchased by a member can be easily obtained. <P>SOLUTION: A member transaction history management device 500 is provided with an issue history information collecting part for collecting transaction information by the card issuing machine as related to card information, a payment history information collecting part for collecting payment situation of a recording medium by debit payment as transaction information by the card payment machine, a member usage history collecting part for collecting member usage history as related to the card information, and a member usage history information database 570 to store the transaction history information by the member collected by the member usage history collecting part.
