<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that a pattern of a transparent electrode becomes visible, by reducing light reflection in the transparent electrode. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of transparent substrates 3 are arranged facing each other and a transparent electrode 7 composed of Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) on inner faces of both transparent substrates which mutually face each other is provided. Between the inner face and the transparent electrode 7 in both transparent substrates 3, a first low refractive index layer 4 composed of silicon dioxide with an optical refractive index of 1.35, a high refractive index layer 5 composed of the ITO with the optical refractive index of 1.95 and a second low refractive index layer 6 composed of the same material with the first low refractive index layer 4 are sequentially stacked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
