<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for sealing water in a resin pipe capable of easily and securely sealing water without increasing construction cost. <P>SOLUTION: A city water pipe 10 is compressed on the upstream side of a water flow passage more than the predetermined cutting position C of the city water pipe 10 in such a range that the city water pipe can be partly elastically returned into a no-load state, and the compressed portion 10b of the city water pipe is cooled from the outside to freeze the water in the city water pipe 10 at the compressed portion 10b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
