EVA HOT MELT ADHESIVE FOR POLYOLEFIN RETURNABLE CARTON CASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EVA hot melt adhesive that has a practical adhesive strength and a suitable releasability from polyolefin resin sheet or polyolefin resin foam sheet that is suitable as a returnable carton case and to promote the effective use of the resource and suppress the pollution in the treatment of the waste product.

SOLUTION: The EVA hot melt adhesive is compounded in an EVA hot melt adhesive for paper cardboard and is prepared by adding 15 to 45 wt.% of ethylene-vinyl acetate including 40 to 50 wt.% of vinyl acetate and 9 to 45 pts.wt. of an amorphousα-polyolefin to 100 pts.wt. of ethylene-vinyl copolymer including 25 to 35% of vinyl acetate.
