PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of preventing irradiation light from a backlight device of a light-transmitting liquid crystal TV or a display device from leaking from heat radiation opening arranged at a rear cabinet covering the rear face of a liquid crystal TV or a display device. SOLUTION: In order to prevent light from leaking toward a rear face of a backlight chassis through a light-emitting tube clip through-hole dug into the backlight chassis, a light-emitting tube clip base constituting the light-emitting tube clip is divided into two layers in a thickness direction, a member with high light reflection properties applied to a layer at the light-emitting side and a member with light-shielding properties to a layer in contact with the backlight chassis with a two-color molding process.
