PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly display both the photographing sensitivity automatically changed in the automatic sensitivity change mode and the sensitivity before changed in an electronic camera. SOLUTION: The electronic camera displays the controlled imaging sensitivity on the display 1091 in the view finder after exposure calculation when the sensitivity switch SW4 is turned on. When the imaging sensitivity is automatically changed in the exposure calculation processing, it flashes "ISO Auto" and displays the imaging sensitivity automatically changed by lighting on the display 1091 in the view finder. When the imaging sensitivity is not automatically changed in the exposure calculation processing, it flashes "ISO Auto" and displays the controlled imaging sensitivity (= setup imaging selectivity) by lighting on the display 1091 in the view finder. When the automatic sensitivity change mode is canceled, it displays the controlled imaging sensitivity (= setup imaging selectivity) by lighting on the display 1091 in the view finder.
