<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element replacement type filter suppressing creep deformation of a male screw part of an element side casing with age due to heat and pressure of oil and surely preventing oil leak due to loosening of the element side casing. <P>SOLUTION: An oil discharge means 4 discharging oil in both casing to an outside when liquid tight condition by an O-ring 33 is released by loosening an element side casing 3 detachably screwed by a male screw part 31 is provided on a female screw part 21 of a main body side casing 2 fixed on an internal combustion engine side. The oil discharge means is provided with a drain groove part 41 extending in parallel with a rotary shaft of the female screw part at a circumference direction lower end position of the female screw part of a main body side casing, and a drain groove communication part 42 formed by a groove extending in parallel with the rotary shaft of the male screw part provided at six sections in a circumference direction of the male screw part of the element side casing at even intervals and coinciding and communicating with the drain groove part at a predetermined rotary position when a liquid tight condition of both casing by the O-ring is released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
