<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for diagnosing machinery. <P>SOLUTION: The method, which predicts a residual operational life of constituent elements, comprises a step of generating two or more constituent element data indicating at least one operation parameter of a constituent element by using a machinery monitoring system (114) including database which has at least one rule set (400), and a step of enabling to easily predict the residual operational life of the constituent elements by analyzing a trend of the constituent element data by using a rule set, and extrapolating the analyzed trend data (416). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
