PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectrometry high in mass number accuracy, by setting a substance belonging to a category identical to that of a substance to be measured as an internal standard substance, and by bonding a tag in order to cause the internal standard substance to have a different mass. SOLUTION: The tag is bonded in order to cause at least one internal standard substance to have the different mass, thereby enabling the mass spectrometer high in the mass number accuracy to be carried out.
