PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a revolution speed of a rotating flying object without being affected by disturbance. SOLUTION: This revolution speed detector adopts a means provided with: an acceleration detecting means for detecting a centrifugal acceleration generated by rotation of a rotor and a gravity acceleration, and for outputting an acceleration detection signal in response to a composed acceleration of the centrifugal acceleration and the gravity acceleration; and a signal processing means for detecting a revolution speed of the rotor, on the basis a fluctuation period of the acceleration detection signal.
