PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination weighing apparatus of which the weighing hopper has a plurality of storage sections and which can prevent deterioration in the accuracy of weighing even when an object to be weighed is improperly supplied to the weighing hopper at the timing when the object to be weighed is not supposed to be supplied intrinsically. SOLUTION: A controller redetects the holding amount of the weighing hopper by a weight sensor before the object to be weighed is discharged from the storage section, calculates variations of weighing hopper holding amount which is the difference between a weighing hopper holding amount which has been stored and the weighing hopper holding amount obtained through the redetection, and decides whether the object to be measured is allowed to be discharged from a storage section participating in an optimum combination or not on the basis of whether the sum of the total variations of the weighing hopper holding amount and the combination total weight of the optimum combination satisfies discharge conditions or not.
