PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt emulsion spraying device which carries out pressurization in an emulsion tank by a cartridge gas cylinder. SOLUTION: The asphalt emulsion spraying device is formed of: the emulsion tank 1 for storing therein asphalt emulsion; a cleaning agent tank 2 for storing therein a cleaning agent for cleaning component parts forming the device; a pressurizing unit 3 for introducing predetermined high-pressure gas into both the tanks 1, 2, and being formed so as to be connectable to a high-pressure gas source outside the device; a spraying hose 6 for discharging the emulsion stored in the emulsion tank 1 via a changeover valve 5 to the outside and having a nozzle 61 at the tip thereof; and a carrier 9 for mounting thereon both the tanks 1, 2, the pressurizing unit 3, the spraying hose 6, etc., and having a movable form.
