PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella type collapsible clothes-drying device, saving space in drying small goods by making an arm collapsible, easily drying underwear and small goods such as socks by attaching a plurality of clips to the arms, making fasteners easy to be fitted to stiles for use in a room, and shortening a struts in storing for easy storage. SOLUTION: In this umbrella type collapsible clothes-drying device, the arm 1 part is made collapsible, the root part, the middle part and the tip part of the arm 1 are provided with clips 2, and a fastener 4 for fastening the fastening part at the tip of the strut part 3 to a pole and a small fastener 4-1 for fastening in a room are provided on the device.
