PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the resistance of wind becoming dangerous when opening an umbrella in a strong wind or on a bicycle. SOLUTION: A product such as an umbrella having a ventilating hole for reducing the resistance of the wind and formed of cloth or vinyl requiring the wind resistance, is characterized in preventing the inflow of water from the edge of the ventilating hole to the inside and having a cover for preventing rain directly falling into the ventilating hole.
