The invention relates to a disposable diaper ( 2 ), in particular for incontinence use, with a hip belt ( 4 ), forming a waist opening of the diaper, sealed in the peripheral direction, which may be opened and closed in at least one position and which has a main diaper section ( 6 ) with a front region ( 8 ), a back region ( 12 ) and an intermediate a crotch region ( 10 ), comprising an impermeable layer ( 14 ) (back sheet), facing away from the body and a permeable layer (top sheet), facing the body, and with an absorption body for bodily fluids.
