摘要 <p>The indentation formation in pizza dough, in which an axially turnable roller (3) is centrically pressed into the dough by a bow (2) and displaces the dough against a edge of a baking pan (4, 5). The dough is radially rolled with the vertical roller by a fulcrum of the baking pan. The backing pan for the dough is positioned on a rotary plate (9) turned horizontally around the axis of rotation (D) by an electric motor. The roller is perpendicularly fastened to the bow and has regular and/or irregular surface. The rotating motion of the plate is transferred to the baking pan via magnets (6). The rollers consist a surface finish and/or special materials to prevent the adhesion of the dough in the roller. The height of the handle is adjusted with a setscrew at the handle lock. Another bow is arranged with the rollers to form the pizza dough of different diameter. The length of the rollers corresponds to the radius of the packing pan and is less than the thickness of the dough. The roller is vertically imprinted over the handle in the axis of rotation of the baking pan on the dough. The handle is bent to the horizontal rotation area of the packing pan and/or the rotation plate. An independent claim is included for pizza dough forming device.</p>
