An organic EL display device is provided to increase a light emitting area of a unit pixel by electrically coupling anode and cathode electrodes with a semiconductor substrate having a pixel driver. An organic EL(Electro-Luminescence) display device includes an organic light emitting display element(OLED) and a pixel driver(101). The organic light emitting display element includes a light emitting region and a pad, which is connected to the light emitting region. The pixel driver is formed on a single crystal silicon substrate and includes a pixel driving circuit, which drives the organic light emitting display element. The pixel driver is electrically connected to the pad of the organic light emitting display element. The organic light emitting display element has a rear-side illumination structure. |
