TRANSISTOR ARRAY SUBSTRATE FOR DISPLAY DEVICE

A transistor array substrate for a display device is provided to minimize the number of test gate pads by generating a gate signal using two control signals supplied to test gate pads. A substrate(110) includes a display region(120) including a transistor provided at every intersection between gate lines(G) and data lines(D), and a non-display region provided at an outer edge of the display region. A gate driving circuit(140) is formed in the non-display region, and supplies a gate signal to the gate lines. A test switching part(180) is formed in the non-display region between the gate driving circuit and the display region, and supplies a gate signal to the gate line during a test process of the transistor. A data pad(130) is electrically connected to each data line. A test pad part(170) is formed in the non-display region, supplies different control signals to the test switching part, and supplies a test signal to the data pads.
