摘要 A cooling and heating system is provided to recover residual heat by modifying the internal structure of a heat exchanger, and to minimize the staying range by optimally regulating direction of flow of refrigerant. A cooling and heating system(1) includes a compressor(100) compressing refrigerant under high pressure at high temperature, a four-way valve(200) connected to the compressor to regulate flow of refrigerant in cooling or heating, an indoor unit(300) cooling indoor air by exchanging heat with low temperature expanded refrigerant and indoor air in cooling and heating indoor air by exchanging heat with high pressure and high temperature refrigerant and indoor air in heating, an outdoor unit(400) radiating heat by exchanging heat with high pressure and high temperature refrigerant and heating refrigerant by exchanging heat with expanded refrigerant and outdoor air in heating, a heat exchanger(500) exchanging heat with high temperature refrigerant and low temperature refrigerant in heating, and an expansion unit(600) exchanging heat with high temperature refrigerant and low temperature refrigerant and expanding high temperature refrigerant into low temperature and low pressure vapor. High temperature refrigerant is supplied from the indoor unit through the heat exchanger and the expansion unit to the outdoor unit in heating, and low temperature refrigerant is streamed from the outdoor unit through the expansion unit and the four-way valve to the heat exchanger. Heat-exchanged refrigerant is moved from the heat exchanger to the compressor, and a coil type pipe is formed in the heat exchanger to flow refrigerant from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit. A plate medium with a penetration hole is inserted between the coil type pipes, and plural penetration holes are entirely arranged in the plate medium.
